just got an adjustable scope rail, when i get chance to zero shall i zero at 30 or 35 yards?

its for FT use and i know some use 30 and some use 35, when i just had mounts i used 30yrds but not sure if 35 yards will be better with the riser rail?

    Hi Jamie

If you are dialing then it won't matter much. Here's what some like to do:

Zero at the zenith of the flight of the pellet. Then all your clicks are upwards or if holding over all your aim points are at the centre or above the target.

    Hi again Jamie

If your unsure about the zenith then I bet its not far away from 28-30 yrds

if you use a high mount for your scope . IE three and a half inches , line of flight to line of sight , then your zero at 35 yards will mean all your dialing will be up . cheers HOLLY:)
