Very well organised event; my thanks to all who made this happen. It was definitely the right and only decision to be made and there is absolutely no need to apologise Pete you'r not responsible for the weather:). I'm looking forward to next years Worlds already hopefully minus the hurricane!

    Cheers Steve

Ive been involved in a small way over the years with the Worlds and without doubt the right call was made on the Monday. What would everyone be saying now if god forbid someone got hurt or even lost their life,we all know the name Pete would have been mentioned,It was a call I hope i dont have to make, so onwards and upwards on we go .
    cheers Ian Bainbridge

I totally agree with everyones comment's, it's a hard decision to cancel anything but safety is paramount, I look forward to attending next year's worlds, hopefully with lots of other Scottish shooters...

I would like to say thank you to everyone who had a hand in helping in any way to make the worlds possible, from what I did manage to see you all did a great job I shot the alpha course and thoroughly enjoyed it well done to you all...

    THANK YOU...

    The weathers the weather.
You can't control that; but being in charge you have the responsibility for the shoot and shooters safety and in the end the buck stops with you with its running.I wasnt going to shoot at signing in but was going to accompany the czech's round if they wanted to,as they had put a lot of time and money getting there.
The right decision was made,in an impossible situation not of your control, beside where would you get enough wet suits at that short notice!:D

Hi in my opinion right decision was taken , the first day was a nightmare , second day was asking for trouble if the competition would be crried out . It seems to me that in end of March it is too early to expect nice weather
condition ,higher chances for good weather you have in late spring or summer .
