    Well done

Well done Tom, Gerry, Darrin & Ian

and ofcourse Johnny and crew for all the hard work.

I look forward to next years Claret Jug comps in the 'Vale of Doom', not a right angle within a 1/2 mile radius, even the telegraph poles lean at obscure angles

Why, even the wind gets lost around there

    Regards

    Tony

Today saw the final round shot in near perfect weather ....

Apart from a max temp of about 2oC .... er and a cross wind , that felt like nothing at all .....
And took the pellets 2 inches off ....:eek:o

Johnny out did himself today ... sneaky targets set out to catch out the unwary with range finding .... :D

In fact he was so intent setting out tricky shots , that we landed up shooting 31 targets today .

So , we decided that we'd drop the worst score , and then it should even up ....

This worked well for a few of us who got a zero !!! :) , but not so good for those who did'nt get a zero , they lost a point ...:(

But at the end of the day , we did a count back to sort out the ties , and I think every one enjoyed the day .

Well done today , Ian Treaders !!! Top shot with a springer , beat Tom on count back .

No one was having a strop , every one was laughing about the day .

Top marks to Martin Peake , he shot a great score & coached a little fella around today . Well done .:)

My personal thanks to Johnny for the work he has put in running this shoot , and a huge thanks to every one who has come along , shot , and helped put out targets , then tidy up afterwards .

    Today scores ...

I blame you for this Simon :(

You talked him into it ...

Now its going to be even harder to beat him ...

Only thing left for me to do now is to get a Sangoma to ju-ju up a bit of rain ! ;)

    That may upset Tom's concentration a bit ... :D
