I too have an interest but as said, the website isn't particularly informative. Nothing wrong with my AR20 but nice to know that in the event something can be sorted.

il update when i hear back, if there not very forthcoming il ask tench nicely to extract some bits from peterM :D

anyhow the plan would be to cut the t handle sides off and make up a bolt similar to a centrefire type so its a bit easier to grip and get hold of especially tight under the scope.

Easily done but why?, do you have a stiff one (ooh err missus). Mine has eased a little over the last few weeks.

Personally looking for a spare shroud, want the barrel section milling off. Needn't be too tidy because if its a success it'll get refinished.

of you like il post a piccy monday when my shroud comes back, ive just had the complete top section milled off.

milek, its not the weight of pull but with my smashed hand i just cant grip it very well with the scope as low as it is, and even scopeless i cant grip very well.
theres definately some tweeks that can be done and the consistency should be able to be improved, and considering some of the flaws it has, its quite amazing how consistent it is currently.

I understand now. I would like my shroud milled off, I can't say it affects poi but something in the back of my mind says get rid. If it works for you I would like some pointers on who to send mine too?

ive got alot of little bits planned and some developement work with a friend of mine, none will remain secret like but we want to do some thorough testing first,
i could get a reasonable shift if shooting off a peg full stretch with front arm well forward on the shroud,

so far the biggest improvement for me is too fit a decent buttpad. something along the lines of an ev2 one just makes it feel so much more locked in the shoulder.

You are thinking along the same lines as I am, that any force on the bottom of the shroud, because of how the shroud is fixed, is lifting up the barrel too because how close the barrel is to the inside of the barrel shroud....
