If you use another than the poll options, post a reply saying what method you use.

I use the not breathing turning blue method matches the stock :D

True usually hold breath compose and then fire before keeling over. Dont think its definate whether i breath in and hold or exhale and then stop breathing.

I voted for Empty lung but I release the shot on a slow exhale. So I am heading for empty lungs.
We were always taught to "check your breath"
Rather than holding your breath, you just slow it to almost nothing which is known as checking.

Good drag on the fag, hold the nicotine in, then release the shot, hopefully before the coughing fit starts.

I voted normal breathing cycle as my lungs def are not empty. I just exhale to where I would start inhaling again and take the shot there. at that point lungs are probably 3/4empty

Voted for empty as the other two would imply that you are breathing in and stop at 1/2 or 3/4 am I mis reading, I breath out than stop at the point I would normaly start breathin in, sometimes too long before take the shot  in reality it is 3/4 empty as I doupt I completely empty my lungs every breath cycle.

I prefer the breathing in/out method personally. Neil Daniels told me once that bad things happen when you stop so I've carried on since then!:)
