It is with good authority that it is rumoured that Steyr are to take over Walther in the next few days.

Estimated take over bid equates to 16 million euros.

Steyr have promised a new line of guns to combine the best bits of both the LG110 series and LG300 dominator. It will be called the LG200 terminator.

It is rumoured that Steyr will start production of the LG200 W/S terminator in early 2013. The gun will be easy to bugger about with and take to pieces. It will come with it's own mat to help with dis-assmebly, that may be required at competitions.

They also plan on using the LG110 Steyr regulator, so Walther owners can benefit from the proven outstanding reliability.

They plan on keeping the Walther name for most of its guns but will be using Steyr barrels on ALL guns, as the existing Walther barrels are just not pellet fussy enough.

Upto date news should be on the Sportwaffen website in the next few days.

Now that's too unbelievable Vince even for April 1st

Its about as likely as a UKAHFT National without at least 1 Steyr shooter stripping their gun in the carpark :p:D
