Sven you mentioned that if it has a longer version (mk2 reg) you don’t need to change the reg. When did the mk2 refs come into production.

The mk 2 reg is silver with rings

The 16 j reg has more rings than the 7.5 .because of bigger air reservoir
    Pics on Sven s site

    You should try to fit a mk2 , 16 j reg

    I had a 300 xt
The hammer is a bit lighter than dommi but should work ok

My valve seat was very soft material so prob a good idea to change for a harder one

the barrel is a bit shorter but that shouldn’t be a major issue

they use various compensator / stabilizer systems which may or may not work at 16j

    Hi Simon,
You can choose to change the pre-chamber only. Which is much cheaper at 55 Euro.
    2692970 Vorkammer groß-2692970 G1
But you would need to be able to disassemble the reg and change the pressure setting from the 10m 7.5 joule 75 bar to 85 bar. It can be done without a reg tester, but you would need to buy some 35mm hydraulic tube clamps. These are not expensive. Or maybe Phil, from the post above, might be able to help you. He's got all the tooling and more importantly the knowledge

See my website for more info on how to split the reg.

Do they do the LG 400 ft pre-chamber only Sven?

Same reg for the LG400 field target and 16 joule LG300 or LG300 Dominator Rob. Thus also the same pre-chamber.

I haven’t been paying attention. So how are the factory lg400ft making the gap up for the extra depth to seal the lg300 pre chamber against the deeper lg400 recess?

Ta Sven, I didn't realise they were doing that on the factory ones.

Might have to rummage in my attic and find my LG400...

I think you won't be disappointed Rob. It's nicer to hold and to shoot than the dominator in my opinion.

And with the short 420 mm barrel you're all in fashion with the latest short barrel Thomas rifles :)
