Took a walk around my perm today and using all the stealth learned over 40 years I managed to get within a few feet of something unusual; a FT layout that's suddenly appeared from no-where. Not yet up & running but not far off. Flattened area that used to be a large pheasant pen with a sign up saying "old pheasant pen" with a small loosely laid tarmac area for cars. There was markers for yardages with spinners attached and I have to say it's looking rather good. Anyone have any info ? Near Redditch/Bromsgrove border.

Are the pheasants possibly shooting FT in secret?

    Location seems about right too!

"Within a few feet". I'm sure John is aware of the boundaries that neighbouring plots and access drives provide.

Your title says you found something on YOUR permission? If John has acquired it then it's not your permission.;)

    So you were armed then?

    No armed trespass

John as acquired a plot of woodland that is in the middle of about 200 achers of woodland. He has four boundary fences so neighbors on four sides. So unless Mick was inside Johns plot there was no armed trespass.
John has invited Mick down to say hello this morning to get aquatinted.

Assumptions eh? first off I was filing up the feeders so not armed. Secondly, the broken up plots of the woods means right at the very end of my perm is the next plot, separated by a single post width between them.

You are trying to stir something up that just isn't there.
