Congratulations to Richard Arden on taking first place in the UKAHFT English Open with a score of 56. Following a shoot-off with Mike Byford and Kieran Turner (second and third respectively) Ricky took the top honours in style.

All other results will be posted tomorrow. Thanks to everyone who supported us today it was an honour to put on a course for you all. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did marshalling.

    Mick

Great course as usual and with the dark areas causing unexpected misses from some of the better participants the top score was brilliant from all those involved in the shoot off. Must try harder next year.

BIG well done to Rick (lewis2) on becoming the New English Open Champion! Great course & thanks to Jonny, Mick et all at Worcester for today. Thanks also to Jamie & David for the company on the way round too. Shame I didn't check my zero before the start due to a 20min Sat nav induced detour.:eek:o Either get up earlier next time or revert back to a "real" map in future!

Thanks Johnny for another cracking course, some great targets up into the woods. Good job the wind didn't come out to play today.

Big thanks also to Mick, Jim, Ian, Perry and the rest of the WAR crew for all your hard work ;)
