My Fx Typhoon was a bit over powered at first but settled down after a few weeks,

I have recently aqquired a new HW 95 which seemed to be a bit of a Howitzer, it is still a little on the high side at 500 pellets but should settle with use, ATB Bernard.

    yes

Yes Bob a EV2 MK2 low power which went up and down with temp some days it would run at 9ft lb and other times at fac levels,it went back to AA six times all the were able to do was scratch it.They did not fix it to a level were it could be used for FT.Currently it is used to hold the bog door open. Will i buy AA again no,i will stick to my German gun, they made in a way were i can service them .

The Reason for the post @ the time

Was the majority of New Owners was Not aware
That AT was fitted to their New Gun's
Or What AT was and did to New Air Gun's

As Manufactures in most cases have not advised their Customers

A couple ofClub members brand new ev2 have needed power alterations out of the box.
However, both reported the Anti tamper screw cover thingy came off very easily and now the guns can e altered when needed.

I have not got AT, and I do not want AT on my guns - I just like to be able to keep them running on the right side myself

So do i ,as the law of the land says its up to me to keep track of my airgun and keep it sub 12,the ev2 i have would go over 12 with the anti tamper on ,i dont want to lose my sport because they are unable to get it right. There are already laws enough do do the job, they just need to be enforced.

Re AT if it was done properly - and could keep Gun's legal
Would not have a issue -

Also if there was Serious threats that worked on Gun's was a Real nightmare for Police and
Home Office again - would Accept

But as proved the Home Office and Police have stated that it was Not a Issue

Re Pax , my understanding - they follows the current AMTA Guidlines -
I do not have a Direct say in what they Do........

But aware they Set their Gun's using a more efficient pellet than most other manufactures do
So aware that Gun's are sent out closer to the Sub 12FP Rule than most others ;)

With all the statements above about a/t it still boils down to the owner/buyer and i bet no one would turn a gun down if they wone one in a raffle a/t or not so at the end of the day its all about the person who wants the gun its called choice.
