    Big thanks to all those who managed to make it up to us. Glad you all enjoyed the course, some top shooting. A shame a few folks couldn't make it up North, sure they will be back at it for the next round.

    update for you flower
    there is grade 3 sprain of the medial collateral ligament with tearing at the the femoral attachment
    there is a non-displaced horizontal tear of the posterior horn and body of the medial meniscus, extending to the under surface of the white zone, without displacement or cyst formation. there is a sprain of the ACL but no full thickness tear or translocation bone bruising PCL lateral collateral ligament, patellar and quadriceps tendons are intact.
    normal patella suits and tilts grade 3 chondromalacia medial facet moderate joint effusion
    good shooting today lanky you are the man from emley.

    That's a very badly sprained inside of the knee with a slight cartilage tear.
    Luckily the most important cruciate (anterior) is just sprained and the posterior cruciate only bruised, they both attach the bottom half of your leg to the upper part.
    Wear on inside of the kneecap, which everyone has.

    Sounds like you had a bad fall, twisted knee; hope you get better soon.
    Grade 3 medial is usually a splint (immobilise knee) and crutches for a few weeks with 10-12wks recovery.

    5 knee operations so I feel your pain.
