This was my first ever full GP series and i have to say im hooked for life, ive made some good friends and had some cracking battles during the season. The BFTA, all the individual regions and the sponsors have done us proud. Thank you to all that made it possible. Roll on the Euro's

Thanks to those that put on Gp 9.

Pity there was none of that Winter shoot wind there.

Yep, twas a good shoot. Felt like a real "classic" GP course, 40-50 in most lanes, standers and kneelers going out to 40+ but something for everyone. Inflated tent was great (can the BFTA get one?) and there was enough burgers for even Simon right at the end (I wish i had a camera for his face when it looked like was going to get the last one :D)

Did you manage to qualify Hols?

It was a great course, did my best ever there, must practise my standers now, to think, if I'd got 3 standers instead of 1 :shot:, I would have got 48! ****. It was a great course, loved every target, the field was great. Many thanks to those who worked hard on the course, the fish in the pond seemed to enjoy our activities too ;)

    Interesting year

This year is the first that i can remember where i have really struggled to find any form at all . and of course , the worse it gets . the worse it gets , you try harder and harder and just stress yourself out trying . usually i get at least three ot maybe four good shoots a year , this year none . after the showdown gonna bolt my new ( to me ) Big Nikko on and use my GC2 . working on the theory that if you cannot hit much , enjoy what you do hit ??? It's taken me a while to shake off a number of gun issues, i was starting to sweat quite a bit... glad i found the major one out at wales and Gp8 went according to plan.

Will prob go on count back of where you missed your first shot mate. In past years I have missed out with a decent score but I missed my first shot so had to try again!

    That's the way it goes!

    Cheers

didn't know it went on count back bit unfair though if you start on or very close to a standing lane which is in no way your doing
