The Cost ?

    I reckon after this year GPs will just be local things . the cost of fuel alone is gonna be astronimcal this year and if it doubles as they say . well , best to enjoy this one while you can ??? HOLLY

    The GP's and the SWEFTA shoots will rack up 6500 miles for me this year. That's about £650. You can't even buy a decent gun for that! Bargain.
    Step 1 Buy an old diesel (Pre 2000 and no turbo)
    Step 2 Buy a load of new, clean veg oil from the wholesalers
    Step 3 Pour it in the tank & drive to the shoot
    Simple.:D

    Buy a diesel estate car and get 2 or 3 people to share with you.

    Cost comes down quite a bit then and you have some interesting banter on the way to and from the shoot :)

    Got a peugeot 306 diesel .50 to the gallon . but with two long away shoots . ie doncaster and tawd . both of 500 miles plus . 4 am starts . nobody wants to know ??? HOLLY

    Sad as it is, I have to work 1 day a week and its usually Saturday.

    thank god for friday weddings!
