Had a steyr lg110 come my way with some odd behavioural problems, extreme zero shift and a flow through of air. Stripping it found it was one of the very early ones with the apparently experimental conical knock open valve and seat... something apparently experimental because it varies in temp, and cant be replaced later... but as the gun was an HP official import, Harry replaced the entire block for free, and it looks like all the trigger internals and reg etc as well. All within a week.

I know he gets knocked, but this is a definite case where it's paid dividends.

Just have to get it behind a chrono now :)
