SWEFTA League 5 @ South Dorset
Is there a post code for this shoot please ,and what time is kick off.
I doubt it has a postcode but it will be well signposted from the A354 Dorchester-Weymouth road. The nearest village is Bincombe and there is a map @ http://www.southdorsetftc.com/find-us/
Food and toilets will be available, and FT and HFT courses
And the weather forecast looks good
dt35pt will get you close, then just go up the hill, 60-70yds, turning on right hand side think its signposted Granary 1 head up there go around to the right, head towards the mast.
Thanks very much chaps, hopefully I will see you all there.
There are special instructions re parking this year, the farmyard area is off limits.
Edit: hope this helps:
Please note: We cannot park vehicles around the barns as in previous year’s as they are still operational with cattle and the farmer will require access.
Marshals will direct you to the upper car parking area, please use it.
The weather is predicted to be warm, so good luck to everyone on the day.
Directions to Bincombe range can be viewed on the SDFTC website here: http://www.southdorsetftc.com/find-us/
Sorry but I can't make this one , due to wife 60th Birthday.
Hope you all have a good time
Happy birthday Carol.
What time does it kick-off please
All SWEFTA shoots this year begin at 0900. Zero range opens at 0815.
All SWEFTA shoots should be 09:00 Chris, but you can always feed on if you arrive later!
Thank you Rich and Tony
Thanks Rich, I will pass on the message.
I'll have to feed in then, cos I doubt I'll be there by 9.00am, not unless the tractors and trailers are kind to me.
It will be no problem Neil, most who have a distance to travel will just feed in when they arrive, for me it's usually between 09:30 to 10:30.
That sounds far more civilised Tony.
Hope you both have a very nice day Sunday.
Weather looking good
Pleasenowind pleasenowind pleasenowind.
Or at least, not the 20mph stuff we have had here today... and for the last three months.
Yep, it was taking over an inch at 55 yards on the S Dorset plinking range this morning ...
Just like to say thanks to South Dorset for a good shoot today,it's the first time I've been there, cracking little shoot.
