For the last year or so I've really started to notice more and more aches and pains after a day shooting, among other things I have neck problems, back problems, 2 knacked elbows and a 1 shagged shoulder that really play up after a shoot or a day of graft at work. I have often thought about taking a suppliment of some sort to try and ease my aching joints but really not sure at what i should be looking at taking or if any are really effective.
Does anyone on here use suppliments to help with joint pain? Any recommendations?
    Cheers
    Vince:)

Glucosamine, good for the joints.... stretch as well every day, is the best remedy, increasing flexibility always helps the older you get!... as much as people don't think of Shooting as a physical sport, it is demanding on the joints and muscles.. awkward positions which push your muscles differing ways they haven't gone before....

As for your shoulder Vin... time for another Doctor's appt !

    Steph :)

Heated car seats! Nothing better for easing the back after a shoot....although can feel like you have wet yourself!

Although I know what Vin means, I'm just coming up to 30 and my body has had it:eek: Lets just hope the UKAHFT rules for 2010 don't include random drugs testing, I think most of us would be stuffed!
