    Suggestion's please
Yesterday at ETL i had major power issue's with my LG110.
If i only cocked it once my power was 740 ish if i cocked two or three times it came up to 760 ish.
Every time i strip the gun and reset the power it works perfect then after a couple of days it just drops.
It has a brand new trigger block and i have tried the new hammer and old hammer both with the same results.
When i cocked it yesterday it was far from smooth,is this possibly a problem with the roller bearings or cocking arm or something else.
    Thanks Simon

    Steyr Power Problems.

Did you try a different Hammer spring.

It might be worth checking the power adjuster is secure as on some guns they can unwind as you shoot

    Both checked

The new block came complete with new spring.
The power dropped on Saturday so I turned it up and the locking grub was tight.

I can't understand why it works fine then suddenly drops off,I have checked it on many occasions and it's fine for a while then low on power.

Try marking the position the next time you adjust as there's usually a rubber spacer between the lockscrew & adjuster which means the adjuster can still move

    Power loss

    Hi,

When the power drops is it one off pellet or several. If possible could you chrono it during one of the power reductions to see what the drop is.

Have you changed the reg if not it could be worth sending back to Harry for a quick service.

    Stabalizer

Could it be the stabalizer not engaging every time?

    Power Loss

Watch the video on youtube LG110 Checking and adjusting the stabilizer - STEYR Sportwaffen

It shows you how to check and adj then one less problem. The cocking arm is closing everytime with a positive click isnt it?

    Thanks

I think I need the click to be a bit more positive but I will adjust the stabalizer and see if that helps.

have you done a full shot string over the chrono ?
you said it was sometimes tight to cock I would check your cocking roller allen bolt hasn't worked loose.
that might give varying pressure on the breech seal and transfer port seal that will make it inconsistant .

The stabiliser will not affect the power no matter how out of adjustment it is.
Remove the reg and put it on a reg checker for 48 hrs to see if it's creeping.
Examine the hammer spring and firing valve spring end's to see if the are square, Polish them until they are like chrome.
Also check to see if the transfer port is leaking.
