    Evening all

I'm looking at Steyrs for hft. (Also Walthers, but that can wait for another thread)

Basically I like the look of the 110 hunter but that's mainly the all black action, cylinder and barrel. The stock looks like a compromise and I've not found an ambi stock I like. Also can't work out if they have the stabilizer?

Seems to be talk about the newer rifles having longer barrels and not being as nice to shoot

    Thanks for any help :)

    Cheers
    Bruce

Hi Bruce, I'm not really sure what question you're asking, but
Yes the Hunter has a stabilizer, if the stock doesn't suit you, get a custom stock made up (about £300- £500)

    I've had 2 LG100's - both were awesome.

I've had a quick go with a couple of the long barrel Steyrs and to me they seemed completely dead to shoot, better than my LG100's. Don't know if it was a case of the stabilizer's not being set up correctly on the 100's, but I was impressed by the long barrel version.
