Can anyone help with some advise please. I have a Steyr Hunting 5 .177 up for sale on another forum. Someone said they prefer the shorter version. The scout has a 13cm shorter barrel and the air cylinder is shorter. Not sure if my black quick fill cylinder could be shortened, or I just buy a replacement and sell the original. (I know that would be the easy part) Who could shorten my black barrel quickly and possibly put a thread on the end for a muzzle break or silencer. Don't want to wait 3 months before someone could look at it, all that time having my gun. As I was quoted from a gunsmith in the Worcester area. Thanks in anticipation.
