Standing

    Rule states ...

    "Standing – Only your feet may be in contact with the ground."

    So do your knees have to be locked straight or can knees be bent?

    Is there a maximum the knees can be bent? even squatting only the feet are in contact with the ground.

    But seriously though, squatting is not a posistion in HFT as is some cases in the past when people have tried it, it can be unsafe, so for next season it will be written into the rules and not in the sub rules as it used to be.
