A while ago I was looking for small spirit levels... found these chaps.

    http://www.leveldevelopments.com/plastic-level-vials.htm

Speaking to them on the phone I seem to remember £50 minimum order, but they were something daft like 50p each. There's some with holes already pre-drilled... pdf plans show the spacing...

didn't know if it was of any interest, but there it is.

if there's enough interest we could sort a group buy out... perhaps there's a size that can fit across the top of a set of mounts... 25 & 30 would need different sizes...

A square section and round one would be perfect for setting the scope to action

Have got a Bubble level on some mounts 1" , going try and convert to 30mm when I can find the time.
I believe that the tool shop in Poole, just down from Barclays Bank sells the spirit level bubbles

    Matter ?

Personally i don't think it matters whether the mounts are level or not . as long as you zero the rifle with the bubble level . all you will get at most is a little bit of cross over . which i get anyway on a bull pup . don't worry . just shoot the bloody thing ??? HOLLY
