One for the organisers but contributions welcome from anyone concerned with the event. I have just a few concerns that maybe someone could my mind to rest over the end of series shoot. As both the southern and the midland series are being held together at Shepeth on the same day and on a combined course how will the booking in system work as potentially there could be around 180 shooters turning up. Also will the raffle be same as the national series where as if you are not there you do not win and it is drawn out again.

And just to go on from what Bomber has put. What if you have a sibling who can't get to Shepreth. If their card gets drawn out, can the parent collect the prize on their siblings behalf???

I think you'll find a sibling is your brother or sister, not your child, though up north this may not always be the case. :p:rolleyes::D

Booking in is being finalised this weekend, but for certain we know that it'll be in a marquee and there'll be two queues - 1 Mids and 1 Shandy drinkers.

Everyone who's taken part has paid for the raffle prize so the first name out of the hat will get it, if they are not there in person then they'll have to collect it from me at a shoot when they are as I want pictures of the hand over!:D

Well if Mr Charlt's had done more than 4 Southerns last year I suspect he would have won, this year the Midland has been a priority. I know he is seen as a big lad but he can only spread himself so far;) :D:D
+As for the shandy drinking lot Well. Sussex took on Southern Hunters last year and got stuffed this year
Sussex team up with SHS and take on the Midlands, Sorry lads your getting stuffed again:D:D:D

See there you go with your big nasty words again and you wonder why us timid little Sussex people stay away and play with our own chickens.

Oh Sussex don't team up with the SHS, in the winter Sussex are part of the SHS.

As Ryan has said we will be finalising everything this weekend, but as I see it from the Midland side of things if you are shooting in the Midland series then you will collect a Midland scorecard and that will be drawn for the Midland seires Prizes. EG Rifle and Bonus Bunny
if said winner is not present they will be able to collect it from either Ryan at the Greyhound or Myself at Kibworth whichever is easiest for them.
All Midland scorecards from all six rounds will go into a drum to be drawn out for the Rifle, so if you have shot at all six rounds you will have six chances of winning, and if you just shoot in the Midland series at Shepreth you will have one chance, If you shoot in the Southern series then your card doesnt go into the Midland Series draw.
The southern hunters can do their prizes just for the shandy drinkers.
    Hope that makes sense?
