Shooing bag filling?

    I've just got my shooing bag from Barry.
    Cheers matey for the fast delivery.
    My question is! What is the best filling for them.
    Sorry if this is old stuff, but am new.

    usually its polystyrene bean bag filling . from upholstery supplier or the bay

    but prepare yourself for a load of alternative suggestions................

    You can buy a large bag of beads from John Lewis.

    I use poly filling and cut it into 1 inch squares with hot wire cutter.:D

    If you pop into your local charity shop you will find some cushions for sale for about
    £1 that will be filled with poly beads. Take out what you need, get your other half to sew it back up again and return it to the charity shop.

    Be carefull here, the rules say no more than 4 inches high measured between 2 boards.:)

    Memory Foam is fine for Club use, but not really suitable for Uk competition use!
    Though as far as I am aware there has only ever been 1 instance :)D)of the rule being enforced, despite many falling foul of it weekly lol!
