Is there an entry list online anywhere for this?
Have you booked? as it is now full.
Rick & Areatha sorted me an entry ages ago I just wanted to see who else is going! There's 5 of us from chesterfield hft making the long trip down on Sunday.
They didn't print any lists in advance last year and they havn't done so this year.
There are six that I know about travelling down from kibby.
Including me and kathy
Myself, Ryder Alex and Jean will be there
Do you have to shoot an air arms to compete and/or win? The 5 of us from chft (half the club) will be using them even though some don't normally shoot AA's in competition. From our club
Areatha s400 gml
Steve H mpr
No...the shoot is sponsored and put on by Air Arms but anyone can shoot it that has registered.
You can use any make of gun legal to UKAHFT rules but there is an extra prize for the highest scoring Air Arms shooter.
last year was excellent with 2 good courses and good food.
see you all there.
I think you can shoot any make of gun , but they have a trophy for highest
Air arms score as well as open , springer etc.
Oops Alex beat me to it.
I'm/we are looking forward to it! See you all Sunday
I only hope that the weather doesn't copy last years.
Half way through I nearly jumped out of my skin by the force of the lightning strike. I had my waterproofs with me but the majority were just a little moist by the end
The courses are very nearly complete, and looking very good indeed, and the good weather has been booked
Just hope the new kitchen will be finished in time
Looking forward to it!
Still on a big learning curve with my AA FTP900, but beginning to love it already! :lev
He's called "Sid" - 'cos he hissed like a snake when I got him o
But now, apparently all good, and the pellets go exactly where I aim them, albeit sometimes well off target!
Can we ask all competitors to park in the field by the end of the drive - signs will be out and marshals present, we want to keep the area by the plink and the club house free for the organisers to be able to move vehicles if needed during the shoot. This will also avoid the problems last year with many folk getting blocked in at the end of the competition!
Would have liked to make this just to give my MAD friends a good pumping (and use my pt as well), 'tis a long way from lancashire though to be shooting am and pm with no day off tomorrow.
Good luck with the shoot.
I am looking forward to winning mine in the draw tomorrow
Sorry you can't make it Rammy.
Just like to thank all those who helped set up over the last few days.
Oh and Wookies don't bounce. That crow on peg 19 is still laughing. That was a very long way without a parachute.
Thats just cruel, poor ole wookie,
I will knock that crow flat on his back just for wookie :shot:
Bring it on !
Well that was a fantastic day! Fed & water'd all day + two excellent courses courtesy of air arms & all for a good cause Thanks to all sponsors, organisers, course setters + staff @ north hall farm. Best £12 I've spent in a VERY long time. Cheers also to John & Pat for the company all day too. See you all next year
Top shooting Andy unstoppable!
Really great day, thankyou AA and all the Sussex boys that chipped in to set out that course over the last week!...Well done!
