    I'm thinking of ordering a new ar5 s,the one I'm shooting at the moment is 21 in , what I want to now is whitch is the best length barrel to go for.and any other help would be appreciated.

    I specified 17" barrel length, used for HFT, with stripper/muzzle brake.

    Around 80 shots per fill.

    Steve will now supply stocks to your requirements.

    Are you using for HFT?

    Not an expert but I think the nicest one it ever seen is 19" barrel , and I'm sure that's generally regarded as the barrel length for ft Dave me old cocker
