I have treated my FT rifle to the Ridgeline Sniper bag, 47" (also available in 51").
Available in Green or black colour.
Multifunctional rifle drag bag, lots of pockets for all your kit. It is completely waterproof and tough with padding to protect your rifle.
Easily accommodates a FT rifle and will zip up with the butt hook in place and a big scope with large side wheel on a high rail.
Highly recommended and very reasonably priced at £95.

    Functions:
Two large extra deep cargo pockets. The extra large, middle cargo pocket can be zipped on/off as required.
Two comfortable, sturdy shoulder carry straps, which zip away neatly when not in use.
Strong buckles ensure bag stays closed and can be used to quickly close/open the bag (instead of the zip) during competition.
Butt pocket ensures your rifle is secure when in transit whilst carrying on the shoulders, no pressure on the zip. Also the straps add extra security.
Body straps ensure the bag is securely and comfortably attached to the body when in transit., hands are free.
Zips and handles are well made and sturdy.
Drag handle on the front, not that you'll be doing that around the FT course!

It's a lot of bag for not a lot of money,

    Conor

Internally when zipped up its 12.5".
I have a 3" rail on high mounts with 4.5" wheel and big pistol grip on my Steyr and it easily fits.

Those with a very deep hamster and super big wheel may however struggle but my rifle from its highest point (top of wheel) to lowest point (bottom if grip) is well over 12" however when placed in bag it angles down toward the muzzle giving plenty of room.

See pics above for better explanation.
