A massive thank you to all who involved in organising today’s comp. a deceptive course and creative use of the terrain (a long soak in a hot bath and some intense stretching has returned me to something close to normal ) and the rain held off-almost. Well done to Julie-equaling her PB and kicking my @rse in the process ☹️
Really do appreciate all your efforts.

What a test of the back and neck really put me through it on positioning and scope position.

Thanks guys enjoyed the course. Sent me to my bad place and back as Ivan will testify.

Thanks for the company Ivan enjoyed our first round together

Thanks to all those at redfearns that helped with the organisation and course setting. Really well thought out course that made you think, well done:). Very minor bit of feeback was the forced kneeler on lane 12 (prone).

Yep Rob, made you think a bit about where you needed to be to have a good line of sight. Thanks to Ian for the company and once again, thanks RF for a really well put together course.
