    What a great day.
I have been waxing lyrical about Yeaveley Est since I did a site visit to arrange this round last summer and they deffinelty didn't let us down.
This was the first time they have put a competition on and they couldn't have been more proffesional.
For a first attemp at a UKAHFT course it was good, and the ladies doing the catering were fantastic full cooked english for breakfast and then a choice of chicken Curry Soup, hot beef or Pork sarnies or sheperds pie for Lunch.
    I nearly didn't have time to shoot:eek:
So thanks to everyone involved at Yeaveley today you all deserve a huge pat on the back, and if you want us we will deffo be back next year:D
    Bonus Ball Winners
    Steve Whitting £25
Rancid Tom Nelson £25 to collect
    Peter Cox £25 to collect.
Anyone that has not collected their BB winnings by the end of the series will forfit it and it will go into a extra BB at the final round,
Heads up Due to Jonnys ongoing Illness the next round has had to be moved , It will now be held at Cosford Shooting Grounds CV21 1HT Date remains the same Jan 15th 2012.

Everyone connected with the series would like to wish Jonny a speedy recovery.
SO from everyone at DMHS have a Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year.

Nice place! Well done to the course setters and everybody else involved.

Pity about Cob House, it is 5 minutes from my house and the new venue is 65 miles away  but as it is Johnny I will forgive him :D

    What a fantastic venue:D:D:D

I take my hat off to Yeaveley for their first HFT course. They had taken lots of effort to get things right and i for one, would love to go back and shoot there again. A nice combination of open ground and woodland to give the perfect balance. I thought i was going to clear that course with 23 hits on the trot but the tricky open section cost me 2 targets right at the end.

Oh and the bacon n tomato butties are brilliant.

I must learn to keep my mouth shut when shooting around Matt...every time i said something, the poor bugger missed.:D

Yes thanks Chris for the destructive advice. Great company from Rob and Chris Mob. Enjoyed the banter from Chris and Mark from behind (Marks tradmark position). Bit of a soggy 2nd session but well done to all for battling on. Hope to see you all at the next round.
