R3 nw winter hft shoots

    It's R3 of the NW Winter Gauntlet HFT shoots at Oldham's ground on Sunday 20th Jan. It will be a 30 target course to UKAHFT Rules. The shoot briefing will be approx 10.30am, all welcome, cheers Dave.

    Weather over here is quite reasonable and the shoot is on if you need somewhere to shoot a UKHFT spec course...............Just wrap up warm.....................:)

    See you tomorow Geoff, we have a good 6" here in Derby but the main roads are clear. With a bit of luck it will stay sub zero tomorow morning and we wont get muddy! :D

    Jim H is keeping us informed on the NW site SI, all looking good up to now , Nigel the catering wagon already there and awaiting orders, Just take your time at the last RH bend according to Nige. see you tomorrow mate, drive safely...................:):)

    as geoff has said snow here is at a minimal level but its fecking cold so wrap up warm

    Course finished and ready to go.

    Roads are ok, motorway bridge was icy this morning - I assume it will be the same tomorrow morning so take extra care and keep the speed down on there. Had thawed out by the time we left late this afternoon though.

    Only other thing to mention is the parking area - it is very muddy in most areas so unless you're in a 4x4 take care parking!
