Yes Holly, The GP is at Harriers instead but Purley chase has not lost its ground..the area where the Gp was to be was unavailable for the GP shoot , thats what I have been informed...Also the Scottish Gp will now be held at Wendover as voted in at the BFTA meeting yesterday...Karl

purley chase still have the grounds and had a shoot there today and is still going strong. We had to give up the grand prix as it was going to be held in the estate park for the car parking but with gp1 being moved to easter sunday.the owners family will be using the parkland.
A shame as the park has lakes to shoot over and rolling woodland! Probably the best varied gp ground ever? Personly i am gutted!
    Perhaps another time eh?

If holly you could delete your post please the ground is not lost.and i will delete this.
    Regards bill

Game fair is not off yet?? Some more infor needed as to how viable it is to stage.

    access a big concern.

Newbury was touted as the alternative

Wendover is now Gp 4 yeas.

    Plus 2 x 15 ml kills, 8 x 25 ml kills, 4 standers and 6 kneelers at every rd!

    The times they are changing?i

Yes i must have missed the words "lost the GP land " the last time i shot there . bobby banks had allready put in the winning score . before anybody else had got on the course . i was doing well till i got to the end where you shoot out into the open field . ah well . but a really good mix of targets and a good day out ???
