I know this is a frequent area of discussion , but , I may need to post my Ripley back for repairs/service
Obviously I do not want it wrecked in transit - who can anyone recommend for insured delivery ?

Royal mail only. Couriers won't accept guns. Just make sure it's well packaged (in a box and well padded). Also split stock/action as they have a max size limit.

Safest bet is to take it to your nearest RFD and ask them to get it shipped. Costs a bit more but it will be covered.
