Please suggest me a good (brand name, preferrably tried) mount for a falcon T50 to be mounted on a springer.
Adjustability or some kind of droop compensation is preferred, alternative is rather heavy shimming...
Also one piece is highly preferred.
    Here's the problem:
    according to this pic:

Since Falcon is a 60mm dia scope, value of A should be 23+ mm, and with falcons unusually long middle section, the overall length (B value) should be longer than 110mm.

Sportsmatch doesn't have adjustable one piece mount, while BKL adjustable is waaaaay too short.
    So halp me, oh internet!

    thanks in advance

Have you considered an AJP riser rail to give you a bit of height so you can use the mounts in your photo? Well it'll get you over you 'A' problem anyway.

Don't have any suggestions for a one piece mount with a distance greater than 110mm sorry

I use two piece mounts on my boinger and they haven't moved. The AJP rail I've got did, but that was down to me not tightening it up sufficiently to grip the dovetails :eek:o

What springer are we talking about?

I've got a fairly large scope mounted on my HW97k with two-piece Sportsmatch mounts for years, and there hasn't been any problem whatsoever. Well, apart from the nut behind the trigger, that is.

Tell him what gun it's to fit on and what mounts you intend using (BKL's, Sportsmatch etc) and he'll machine up a riser to fit the dovetails and mounts perfectly.

He might even be able to make you a custom one piece mount if you're dead set on one, with a built in drop so you don't need adjustables.

I have used Sportsmatch ATP61s on both my scopes and I wish they had been available years ago. All that Shimming and bending scopes.
Not had a problem, they do what it says on the can......

You will break your scope before the Sportsmatch adjustable mounts move that's for sure ( just make sure all bolts and locking nuts are sufficiently tightened).
