Hi, I'm on the lookout for a compact and good quality reflex sight to mount on my Röhm Twinmaster, I get on ok with iron sights but I always seem to do better with dots, it had a scope on it when I bought it but I can't get on with that either, please can anyone point me in the right direction of a good quality metal one which is compact and doesn't resemble a red blob like a lot of the cheaper Chinese ones seem to,

    Thanks in advance
    John.

I have a J-point reflex sight which is great, smallest dot I have ever seen in one of these sights. I have had a Chinese copy of a Docter before which worked great but as you say the cheaper ones have huge blobs!

The J-point is about as small as it could be, any smaller you wouldn't find it!

Nikko Stirling Pro T4 Diamond is a nice lightweight compact sight with a pretty crisp dot. Next step up from that is a Burris FastFire 3 with 3MOA dot.

I can lend you this one to try if you like, the good ones are a chunk of cash, you want to be sure it is what you think it will be before you buy!

Simon, that's very kind of you, can you take it to MAD & I'll pass it onto John if you like?

Thanks for the info Dale, have you heard any reviews of the Bushnell first strike? Seen a few of them knocking about,

Simon that's an awfully kind offer, I saw the price of yours on one site and almost choked on my coffee, £370!!! That's worth more than my pistol! Ha
Mick knows I'll take care of it anyway,

    Thanks again
    John

    Sorry, not tried one.

I currently have a Burris FastFire 3 on my Ruger SRH .44 and recently acquired a Nikko to go on my Buckmark LBP hence why I recommended those two models.
