Joke as you may;) but I had considered these, and got to the stage of buying the heater unit and samples but the bubble wrap/poly chip combo worked better in the tests I did.

Also the cost of the Instapak bags was gonna be about £4-6 per box, whereas the bubble wrap/polychips works out to about £2

That said, if anyone wants to buy pellets and have them delivered in a Peli case, I'm the guy to call :D

    n ireland at last

Hi, for years we field target shooters in N Ireland had to get our pellets from the mainland among other things as field target only has approx a dozen participants. Its great to finally have a local supplier only a few mile up the road. Must say l would totally reccommend intershoot - great service.

Most probably had moans that earlier deliveries had been damaged ;)

Bet it was reused materials from their own deliveries

Maybe they should change to your Pellets then BOB as it doesn't make any difference how they are packed......They don't work either way:rolleyes::D

That's not true Pete. To be fair, when they're wrapped in cardboard that's about the closest they'll ever get to forming a group.

    Hi Bob,

We only recently started selling JSBs in bulk, and wanted to get the packaging right from the start

We got the boxes custom made by ascdirect.co.uk - they make our other boxes for jackets etc

The poly chips were bought off ebay, £20 a bag IIRC, the bubble wrap is Sealed Air wrap from Viking Direct (got buy-2-get-1-free on it!)

The tape is thick vinyl tape, custom printed from customtape.co.uk

None of the above comes cheap, as you might imagine!

    Hope this explains!
