I'm needing some charging kit and not sure which size to go for, I'm thinking 7 litre would be ok.

Is there any preferred manufacturer or are they all the same

Depends really on how far you are from where to get it filled, how often you shoot etc
7 ltr is a reasonable portable size and I got a full kit from Best Fittings delivered.
I'm happy with what I bought. A fiver to top up every few months is cheap enough too.

I've got somehting very similar to this: 9 Ltr Carbon Fibre Airgun Charging Cylinders 300BAR – Best Fittings

A carbon bottle is considerably lighter than steel, this one will be roughly the same weight as a 7L steel one, and dramatically lighter than a 10L steel one.

You pay you money you take your choice, price is probably the only down side as they are rated to last for 20 ish years now.
