Going to add it all up "proper" Dave tomorrow and post it up but if you want to give something you still can and the Tories won't get the tax on it https://www.justgiving.com/britishrecoilingchampionship/

Think that was one of my favourite moments, everyone on the grounds knew what it meant, it's was a bit like a Mexican Wave travelling across Anston, very funny, as was your reply :)

An excellent day in Pauls' memory with plenty of money raised for Cancer making it all worth while, although I have not quite dried out and my Pro sport is in bits drying after I literally poured the water out of the stock. I thought we had got away with the really bad weather in the first round when it eased off for a while, but it was not to last. :( :( It was certainly a day that could have dampened the spirit of even the best shooters, but it didn't.

Thanks to Lori as well for the excellent company, who also shot brilliantly despite the weather and with a very creditable score.

Not being a regular springer shooter myself I think that it is great to see so many shooters going back to their roots with spring guns, and what a leveller it was today, with an even better course than last year.

Well done and thanks to everyone that put all of the effort in at Anston to organise it, it is appreciated.:) certainly a day to remember!

Cracking day despite what the weather did to us!:p Walther lgv in bits drying out & the scope is still steamed up! LOTS of money raised today for a very worthwhile cause. The mixture of smiles & frustration seen out on the course is almost unique to this event & I'll defo be back next year!:D Thanks also to Simon & Roger for the company today + all the other shooters for the banter!

Ps I'm no longer the only tw*t in the Orange hat.;)
