    hi guys i'm thinking of a return to FT but i'm gonna shop around for some decent kit,but in the mean time i have a old daystate huntsman mk2 95-96 custom stock,should i be worried about putting a charge in it dont think it'll go bang more like hiss!!.....

    Hi I am still using a Mk 1 that lives in the cupboard only coming out
    to be shot on the have a go stand it shoots like a dream and dosent
    have any isues.

    good gun in it's day for the price,i ran it with a leopold on it and kicked ass with sorted premiers.....

    i called daystate and they reckon not much change out of £400 to get it upto full working order

    full service
    new fill adapter,and this will wreck end cap as they no longer do gloss caps for new fill
    new hose & guage
    p+p

    bung another £200 on that and get myself a mpr ft new.....

    well so far so good got the gun filled and its holding pressure so far,i'll check it in the morning see if its lost any pressure...

    getting that nice crack of the dry fire,i need to down some targets getting a itchy finger chaps lol

    Running a Pro-Target of a similar age and it's as good as anything else out there. Many a fine tune played on an old fiddle, if it's ok go out and have fun :)

    could i have been quite fortunate had the gun over the crono 11ft/lb at 160bar,fingers crossed it holds...

    yes they do rock,and thats what it did today 10 years under the bed throw on a 3x9x40 rough 30yrd zero charged then me and a friend did a ft course and it never missed a beat didn't score to well but that wasn;t the point had a good day at dumfermiline airgun club,and what a welcome from the guys that where there...

    now i'm looking for some new kit any advice would be greatly welcome.....
