Have other Cubs got their 2015 cover ?

Aware sent of on 12/12/14 - but can not get a answer and no message on Web site

Suspect even less staff to process annual Rush ;)

Got throught today NSRA - after several checks - they advised forms and payment had not arrived

Thankfully I did copies and was able to send copies with a New Cheque - Payment

Called Club Bank Barclay's well over 20 minute wait to talk to operator to be advised they Charge £12.50
to Stop Cheques - Annoyed delay and phone cost to get a overseas operator

Melbourne Marksmen had a similar issue with insurance cover which was resolved on the day by faxing copies of the paperwork and paying by card. It creates work at both ends (2nd application, cancelling cheques etc).

In future using a "signed for" service to send in the paperwork may be adviseable. It is easy to check online, and prove, that the paperwork has at least been received.

Can anyone give an approximate idea of how much club insurance may cost.

I know there will be a good number of variables but an approximate idea would be useful.

Are we talking £00, or £000 or £0000

thanks in advance for any help received !

There's a link to the outline of the policy in the above post.

But.. this is the part that answers your question :

    Who is insured?

The Club Committee, Officers and Trustees,
    Affiliated Members, Junior and Probationary
Members, Guests and Visitors who are signed
in/recorded in the visitors book, and Club
    volunteers
