I know most of the shooting clubs are with these, but please be aware they are a nightmare when you make a claim, we have been waiting since October and still nothing settled.

Perkins Slade are the worse even making out that no record of us calling etc, next year will defo be looking to go elsewhere:mad:

Not much need to Bob, the BFTA scheme was run through Perkins Slade as well.

Question - is the Scheme using BFTA / NSRA - got problems / Issues

    Aware mentioned was Broker

Or is it a issue with Broker and Not policies ?

Has anyone else made a claim which is not being Sorted ?

I know it's early morning, but I've spent 10 mins. rearranging the above words into some sort of order and I still can't make head nor tail of it.

Perkins-Slade were not very helpful when our club was burgled and we lost all our club rifles, pistols, scopes etc.

Even though our container was double-padlocked and the perps had to rip off the bolt mechanism to get in, they chose to use the fact that we did not have a close-shackle padlock on the container as a way out of paying. The padlock on there may have been an open shackle one, but it's a very high security type and wasn't damaged despite all their attempts to cut it open.

We're with NSRA since the demise of the BFTA insurance: I was disappointed to learn that P-S are the brokers used by NSRA: sounds like others think the same way:(

It may be worth voicing opinions to the NSRA, after all, the clubs have added some numbers to their scheme, and if word is spreading that people aren't happy then they may look elsewhere...
