Non electronic Merlyns?

    Was doing some work for a chap Yesterday and it so turns out he collects airguns.... during the chat he told me that he wwas the proud owner of 1 0f 4 non electronic Daystate merlyns ever made. Mind you he told me a few amazing stories ,quite unbelievable really.
    Does anybody have any info on the said rifles ?

    I thought the Merlyns were based on the X2 and not electronic anyway? So it does look like he may have be talking bull:D

    hahaha love it Vin :D i havent got a clue about Daystates and what is electronic and what isnt aprt from the Ranger and Airwolf.
    Just he kept going on like i should be impressed. (he did have a nice Steyr tho bud)

    Wasnt that just the LE version with silver air cylinder and laminate stock? Did they do more of the standard walnut ones?

    The LE was the Gary Cane laminate stocked one and yes only 50 made, the Merlyn is based on the old X2 and is mechanical and you could also get them in standard walnut stocks:D

    It did have a laminated stock .

    I have a merlyn non elec non laminate but in a cs 1000 stock but then i am a bit special (needs) :D
    Really nice gun actually even though i might sell it as it is set up with my nv and dont get to go hunting anymore :mad:
