The forecast predicted rain for most of the day but, by 10:00am, the light rain stopped, the sun came out, and the wicked wind started to get into gear.

Top of the open class was Phil Soper with 53, two points ahead of Ian Ree with 51, while Perry Broad lead the recoil class with 50, followed by Frank Peterek with 45.

    Positions on count back.

    Open
    Phil Soper 53
    Ian Ree 51
    Jason Cowan 50
    Kevin Scott 48
    Mick Boswell 48
    Stu Hill 45
    Mike Towler 34

    Recoil
    Perry Broad 50
    Frank Peterek 45
    Dave Gallichan 40
    Lee Malpass 33

Thanks to Lee for the signing in, and to Perry, Jason and Stu for pulling the strings in.

Congratulations on your PB today, Jason. I think Frank and Ian also recorded PBs, so congrats to them as well. :)

Thanks for today guys. Despite the horrible weather on the way to Nomads, it turned out to be good day and good score.

Thanks to all the Nomads you have given advice and support along the way to my PB.
Without you guys I would still be floundering in the mud getting frustrated, disillusioned,
and the gun would probably be on Free Ads by now.
    Many thanks to you all.

Thank you for all those little tips and tricks. I did learn quiet lot today. Without that I don’t think my score would be that high.
Well, also the fact I didn’t want to get beaten by pcp

joJo Bowket magic that's put you in the 50's club and sheer determination and effort every week, or maybe the lucky mascot you had with you

I am collecting that many lucky charms now that I will soon have to hire a Sherpa to get it all around the course.:D
