No problem my friend, do you prefer a break barrel or underlevers or I can bring both and you can see which you prefer..?

Many thanks, I haven’t got a clue about springers Mick, I was on the lane ahead of you, Mick Boswell and Perry at Lincoln last Sunday shooting an FTP900. So I’ll leave it up to you o_O

I'll bring a few and try to get there early then, or better still pick the brains of the wealth of Springer shooters in your club and see what they'd advise? Personally I favour a hw97 underlever but have also had some success with a mildly tweaked Walther lgv break barrel

Nick, I have a well sorted LGV here, along with an LGU and TX200, and I'm sure someone will have an HW97, so if you visit Nomads before the springer shoot, you can try them and see which feels most comfortable to shoot. They're all capable of clearing a course.

Changing the setup too close to a comp is a fools errand. Ask me how I know :p

Just rock up with a completely new set up Dan, it'll be fine!;) My newly fitted & zero'd scope worked ok last weekend, two class wins. I've learnt that I need to tape the mag ring up though + I missed an illuminated reticle. On the plus side I've gained a load more aim points.:p

Yea your recent springer outings have been awesome, great shooting!
Funnily enough I had the opposite problem. Been trying that sidewinder and couldn't really get on with it. 41's and 42's with it. I put my old scope back on Saturday night and got a 51 on Sunday.
I've learnt from your mistake. Every ring that moves has now been taped up on mine :D

well, after my book of excuses at the nationals yesterday. I have been convinced to return to redeem myself but think I may still be just there to clear the burger van and not the course. I will give the black Phoenix another outing
Count Rex Bennett and Danny Rolf in too.
