    Hello Everyone,
I am very new to shooting, and hopefully will get some good advise from others on here.
My partner also shoots, he is a good shot, and has helped and encouraged me alot.
I am hoping to do HFT, and at the moment getting in as much practice as possible, some days I seem to do well, and other days not so good.
I'm glad that I have a partner who enjoys shooting too, so there will never be any arguments about being out too long.
I might nash and grash occasionally when he shoots better than me

Don't be nervous whatsoever HFT is a great sport and it's so nice to see another female coming into the sport. Best advice I can give is to just enjoy it, the more competitions you do the more experience you'll get.

Just jump in at the deep end and shoot competitons, then come along and have a go at the uk's you'll meet even more females who share your common interest.

    Steph

leave it out steph... women just tend to show the lads up... if there's more of them around we'll have to work even harder... Ozzy got beaten by his mum the other week... can you imagine that? Champion of god knows what and your mum hands it to you, and it aint dinner...

Stay in the kitchen love , joking aside welcome ,my sons girlfiend beat us all the other week up at the club and she has only been shooting a couple of months. They were sharing a Daystate huntsman ,thank god I did not give her the Mk 4.We would of been well beaten. What I am saying is this sport does not discriminate between sexes age or race.
    all the best
