Arrrived today from Austria, a special custom made All Black Steyr LG110FT Connect 16J .177 :)

The coming days I will install all extra's (black weaver, BN scope, bipod, stock/barrel weights etc)
New (better quality) pictures will be posted in my album soon.
For the shooters that think it's just a Hunting version with FT stock, no it's a real FT including black bolt and working stabilizer inside :)
    cheers,
    Rob

    I stand corrected, Peter ;)

Of course the blank aluminium parts can be anodised fully black.
What I meant to achieve was a all black action, which is not common for a factory Steyr FT in .177 caliber.
As I also have the walnut Hunting stock, I can easily swap stocks to go from FT to HFT.
The most surprising part was the black bolt with built-in stabilizer. Next to the new hammer and external V0 :)
I had expected Steyr would just combine a black Hunting (no stabilizer and V0) and a FT stock to achieve the objective.
They definitively went the extra mile to create a full FT spec rifle including black bolt with stabilizer.
It just shows the service minded and customer friendly people at Steyr, and my local Steyr service-agent over here in NL.
    cheers,
    Rob

shot mine 110 for the gp season in red hot heat at sywell then in freezing cold matey it does not move at all same as me 100 barley with new power adjuster fitted this does not move on power,:)both r black:) its the scopes that move, the power might go up by 5 fps in the summer and go down by 5fps which all guns do this,5fps does not alter poi,poi changes at about 25fps matey done loads of testing at me local range

thanks Chris! Think a trip to the anodizing shop is on the cards. Orange and Grey laminate just does not work for a silver body :D

its a miff matey a top shooter tried to say that it affects it in magazines, which is not the case its down to costing of getting it done its cheaper to do in silver,it woz down to the old type hammer on the 100s,and 10 metre guns turn up with old type hammer guide, sticking in the action under heat and cold temps, with the new guide with power adjuster this does not happen, hope this helps matey:):):)

thanks Chris. My current 110 connect has the barrel grub screw removed and is gioving me no issues at all. Getting another one with the orange laminated bits. Also silver. Feeling it must go for a black out treatment :D
