    40 shots

If the nefta adopt the 40 shot course Trev do you think the Frayed knot will become an 80 shot day?

    Forward steps

I know you guys and lasses up there get harsher weather than us soft southerners but I don't think the midlands would go back to 30.
Enjoy the 40 I hope the suns shining for you pettle.

I think the 2 x 30 is a great format to be honest, it also lends itself to the rolling 20 and faster moving stats, I'd like to see more of them. 80 in a day may be a bit much and we'd probably not be able to fill the slots.

That was one tough course to work out yesterday, the field on the right totally had me over but I managed to pull it back and put in a NEFTA PB, which I'm really pleased about and I scored on the raffle, double bonus.

Great day out for The Anston Massive.

Cheers to Mike and Bri for the company and to all the crew at Guiseley.

Many thanks to Guiseley folks for a testing and varied course with distinct phases. The only part where you might hope to learn anything about the wind from lane to lane, the top field... you basically didn't!
Also thanks to Mark the Stentonator for the company and the privilege to be witness to such a fine display of shooting! ;)

Thanks to Guiseley for putting on an enjoyable round of the Winter League, my first shoot since August.

I particularly enjoyed the rat strolling around on the silhouette range

Thanks for the day Guisley, really enjoyed it, glad we did not get Saturdays weather to shoot in though as I don't think 29 would have won it:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Really, why's that  It would of been easier seen as you'd of had the rain as a guide .

Well, as I had heard off the course setters that the wind was swirling around the top field making it almost impossible to estimate which direction and speed the wind was travelling in, that's why, but I bow to your brilliance and guess you would have cleared it:rolleyes::rolleyes:
