Hi everyone, just thought that I would see what was going on here as a few shooters mentioned it at Anston.
Thanks to the Anston crowd for laying on an excellent course.:) I'm sure that the NEFTA Hunter crowd get friendlier.

I loved the Pipe shot,I had to do it just for the hell of it! I think it was easier to shoot through it than over.
I also knocked a 15mm reducer down when I didnt mean to pull the trigger, beat that for a lucky shot!

I was using AA fields so I didnt get any bother wjth the Mozzies!:p

    Cant wait for Emley.

    Dean.

A new top shot in HFT

Same from me to Ian a 55 on that course was very good, to say how little Ian has shot HFT is bloody good!

He even hit the stander that a certain World Champ missed LOL!

It was the first time that I had seen Ian at a NEFTA Shoot and he turns up with a 55.:D

I have shot the NEFTA Hunter over the last two years and worked my butt off to get 55:( some people seem naturally gifted and good luck to them.Well done to Ian he seems keen to get to as many shoots as possible so he should be another top shooter in the Leauge.

I must say it is a pleasure to shoot in the NEFTA with so many UK and World champs to inspire us.I seem to have a good day then an average day but I do enjoy the HFT shoots.Just wish that I had a bit more time to practice or that I was a bit younger than my 45 years.

    All good fun,

    Dean.

    Thanks guys!

I would love to say it's all my own work, but Pete Dutton and Sparky hasve put a lot of time into showing me the ropes and this has helped me along enormously. In fact, everyone I have come into contact with through HFT have been very supportive. It's great to be part of such a positive and welcoming community. It's no wonder that the sport is growing in popularity.

I look forward to catching up with you all soon.

    Cheers

    Ian

:D:D The best bit was hearing the "oh f**k!" after I hit it!. The look on his face was priceless when he realised that I had another 12 lanes to take the p1ss out of him before we finished our round. :D:D

Some opportunities are just too good to miss!
