Massive thanks to all those whose braved the weather to put on today's Hunter, it was a cracking course. Bit of a shame that it absolutely hammered down :eek:

Given the puddle in the bottom of my Daystate stock when I stripped it, apparently Mk3's are ok when ringing wet :D:D

By the way, did anyone know that John got a donut?? He kept it pretty quiet :D:D:D:D

Defiantly a good course, 3 targets in particular were awesome :) . Pity about the weather being wet and miserable.

Thanks to David for the company around the marshlands, and thanks to the Anston massive.

Thanks to Pete for speedy results

    Yes big thank you Anston.

I personally found the course quite tricky, never shot that many elevated shots, well not with an airgun :D
Roll on the next one, hope its back to the shorts wearing weather by then.

    Regards Jon

From what I could see ( my scope was well fogged up with the rain) it was a brilliant course.
Thanks to Anston for all the hard work and to Dan for the company and the loan of your lens cloth. Hopefully the rest of the series won't be quite as wet as today so I won't be needing it again lol.

Thanks Anston! I cannot say anything that has not been said, but despite the weather it was a belter of a course!

It had me cursing a few times:eek: I was actually pleased to plate that target hidden behind the tree with next to no plate around it!!!never have I been so pleased to hear a plate dink!!and thanks to Trev for the company and his excellent score for standing and kneeling.

    Dean.
