    I hope someone can help me. I have bought a MPR FT stock for my AA S400 but as i tried to fit it, it does not fit or the action does not slot into the stock. Air Arms have said that the MPR stock are compatible with the s400:confused::confused::confused::eek:o

    The trigger does not slot in its place. Black clamp in from of the MPR stock is too high for the barrel and if removed will leave 2 holes either side.:eek:o

    I am totally lost.:confused::confused::confused::confused:

    Help

    Was it an FT stock or a biatholon/10m version ? Pretty sure they are different for some reason..
    The trigger guard is different as well as the front clamp IIRC.

    I had an old style MPR stock & it didn't have the front clamp, I have just picked up a poplar ambi stock that has a clamp on the front, but the cylinder sits flush onto it. I am pretty sure there is another style that has a larger A clamp, this may be the newer style I can't remember, which sounds like the one you have ??

    Pretty sure that is right. Best call AA to be sure & explain what you have, they may, or may not be able to help.

    There is an A clamp at the front it's an FT stock vented . When I try to put the action in the trigger does not sit in flush and the gauge also.

    AA have said that the MPR stocks are compatible with the s400???

    I will be getting in touch again this to get a full and thorough explanation. The depth of the stock is deeper than the s400 original stock.

    Not a happy bunny.....

    Zac, I've explained before this is not a clamp it carries the air tube see this utube clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G6A2wqleEmc&playnext=1&list=PLA0E13267F7146B67&feature=results_main

    the clamp holds the action up off the stock so it fits level.

    After a lengthy chat with Air Arms and exchange of many email I have now managed to get the stock fitted to the action.:eek:o:):shot:

    I was expecting a clean clear flush fitting but as confirmed due to the depth of the MPR stock one of the trigger bolts will be covered by the stock and the gauge on the bottom will not be flush at the bottom however the rest is ok.

    Thank you all for the assistance especially Eddie. :)

    I was expecting flush fitting but as above its not. This is because MPR has more depth in the stock that the original s400 stock.
