 rust all over the place

Mmmm seems the lad has forgotten the first rule in looking after his gun... ...TLC doesn't cost a fortune...What an idiot...people who don't look after kit, tells you a lot about the person..wouldn't chance it by giving any advice to him on playing or fiddling with it with the risk of a blow up and severe injuries....except that it needs to go back to AA,for a full proper service...or a qualified gunsmith.

I would not be very happy sat at any club next to someone with a rusty precharged rifle.

How rusty is the air cylinder? - sounds like an accident waiting to happen to me.

    Dave.

A little unfair on the lad , you know nothing off how long or how he has treated the Ev2 . The thing he may have done wrong is take it out side unlike yours . The Early Ev2 do have a bit of a problem with rust as to a lot of the Air Arms products.:p

depending on the amount of rust i'd advise an airarms service and air cylinder change for safety reasons...
you may also want to advise correct storage and maintenance...

The correct answer.:)As it is a Mk1 EV2 the problem of speed is a small adjustment which could be looked at by a club member with a crono. What is needed is help.

No. There is no room for the pressure gauge.
