millride wind

    went to millride today , 1st time in a while and totally got shafted by the wind:mad: i forgot how bad it can be there - left to right up an down in ya face up ya arse all at the same . must try harder!!!!!!! kibby open sat coming and then its anston on the 30th. think im goin to need help from above:eek::eek::eek::eek:

    ah, the millride wind ...how I miss that :D erm, not !! :) Its why all the best shooters come from Millride......

    well last time i was there it was fairly predictable.... it was simply add 6" to the most you could possibly imagine in the field, and give it 1/4 of what you should in the woods :D

    not today matey:mad: it was add 5 and fire ,see ya pellet go where ya aimed ,curse a lot,take it again allowing for what ya just saw and watch ya pellet hit the other side:confused::):) then the following target was diffrent again!:eek: perhaps i was just havin a bad day:rolleyes:

    Yes, 1,635fps at GP7 Emley. 47fpe with mozzies, never need to worry about wind again!!!!!!!!;)

    What pellets i think most would turn inside out a that speed:eek:Were you using Bobs/R ones:)

    Maybe a Littlewoods Catalogue then, do they still do them? I remember being very interested in them when I was about 14, I can't remember why now?:confused:
